Submit a site to yandex.ru
Russian speaking market is above 200 million people. And at least 50% of them are using Internet actively.
So if you want to reach this market, you either need to speak Russian or have someone do the job for you.
It’s actually quite easy.
Visit this link http://webmaster.yandex.ru/addurl.xml and write your site link in the text field. Write the anti bot code and click on the button saying “Добавить”. (see picture). The button will stay gray (unclickable) if you misspelled the anti bot code.
If everything is right, the text above the site name submitted should say:
Адрес https://www.m0rd0r.eu успешно добавлен. По мере обхода робота он будет проиндексирован и станет доступным для поиска.

Стандартный протокол http указывать не обязательно. Если же доступ к сайту ограничен и осуществляется по https, протокол нужно указать явно. Например, https://mail.yandex.ru

Normally http:// does not need to be entered, but if your site uses secure connection, you need to set this like https://mail.yandex.ru.

Have in mind, that sometimes when submitting site, you may get this message:
Указанный URL уже проиндексирован.
Which means, that your site has already being submitted or Yandex.ru already crawled it by demand from any of its customers.
Which means, you don’t need to do anything more. If you click the link Yandex provides in this submit refusal, you will see which and how many pages of your site have been crawled already.
